With more than two decades of tattooing experience reported by longtime clients, José has developed an impressive reputation for his artistic versatility, attention to detail, and dedication to his craft.

His specialties include black-and-gray realism, detailed portraits, fine-line work, blackwork, and custom tattoo designs. From striking, lifelike imagery to intricate details and bold compositions, José brings his artistic vision to every piece.

But there’s another important person behind Skindalous Ink — his wife, Melissa, affectionately known as Mel.

While José focuses on creating incredible tattoo artwork, Mel helps keep the studio running, welcoming clients and making sure their experience is just as memorable as the artwork they take home.

Together, José and Mel have created more than a tattoo studio. They’ve built a place where artistry, personal connections, and a passion for tattooing come together.
